Details
Weather protection innovation. The 1460 boot evolved into the 14XX Sub Boot. An exxperimental construction fusing a waterproof base/outsole unit with a water-resistant Tailgate leather upper. Augmented with removable, adjustable gaiters built from lightweight Extra Tough 50/50 and Re-RipStop. The 8-eye boot and gaiter are both lined with WarmWair and DryWair fleece for additional cold and water protection. Set on a SoftWair insole for padded ergonomic comfort. Dr. Martens DNA is on display with an AirWair heel loop.
– 14XX. A continuum of exxperimentation. Testing the boundaries of Dr. Martens traditional design language. Heritage silhouettes viewed through the lens of an unknown future.
Construction
Goodyear Welted – the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, providing more comfort and durability for years to come.
